Refund / Exchange Policy

We hope you will be completely happy with your purchases. However if for any reason you need to return goods, please do so within 7 days, unused with all packaging intact, and we will either exchange them or refund you.

Delivery:

We will email you back with Delivery on your product (s), if they are not in stock, they could take up to 2 - 4 weeks, but we can give you an estimated time once order is placed. If you require the product (s) immediately give us a call on  +61 39354 1869 and we can check stock for you straight away.

Canceling an order:

If you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change your order details. 

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? 

If the item is damaged or defective, we recommend that you contact us regarding information on how to return the item. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, the reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you. There is no cost to you involved in returning a damaged or defective item. 

Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn’t order? 

We recommend that you contact us regarding information on how to return the items that you didn't order. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you. There is no cost to you in returning an incorrect item to us.

Wondering where your order is?

You will be sent a confirmation email when the items have been sent. Delivery times are between 3 - 5 days for Australia and aprrox 14 days for international orders. Executive Impressions takes no responsibility for delays once your item has been shipped. If you haven’t received your order within 7 day of confirmation that it has been sent, please email us to investigate for you.
